I didn’t set out to build a tech company. I set out to fix the daily chaos I saw in ski schools.

As a former instructor and operator, I knew how hard it was to balance client demands, staff availability, and last-minute weather changes, all while trying to deliver incredible experiences.

LumAi was born from that chaos. Today, we’re building the system I wish I had, with AI doing the heavy lifting.
